Cherokee Springs Equestrian Center is located in the Utah Mountains between Bryce Canyon & Zion National
Park on Scenic Highway 89. Our 1,100 Acre Ranch borders the Paunsaugunt Mountain Range. The ranch is
surrounded by BLM, National Forest, and other large ranches exceeding 22,000 acres.
As you approach the ranch you cross the headlands of the Siever River.
From wide open
ranges to dramatic canyons we have the perfect setting for an equestrian summer you'll never forget.
With girls from 12-17 years old, never exceeding groups of six these campers will be
getting an experience of a lifetime. The old west and Butch Cassidy is defined in
these mountains. Cherokee Springs offers everything from a quiet place to read to weekly
barrel races. We can help a beginning rider achieve advanced levels or an advanced rider
find that winning level. Cherokee Springs offers a secluded location ensuring a safe camping environment.
The main focus of the camp is Basic Horsemanship from one week to the whole summer.
The list of activities in the ALL INCLUSIVE resort goes on an on including a 36 par golf
course. All packages include unlimited golf and 3 lessons (extra lessons at a reasonable price)
from "Bandido" our Golf Pro.

| Day Camps
For those who don't have the time for our longer camps we offer day camps.
During the day camps we will focus on horseback riding and horse care, you can even bring your own horse or just use one of ours. Since the day camps
don't include an overnight stay they are for both young men and women who want to improve or even get started with
horsemanship. All campers will be provided with breakfast, lunch and a light snack, then for dinner each camper's parents
are invited to join us for a BBQ. So if you're looking for a great daylong activity come join us for a day camp.
