Our RV spaces are 50' x 100' and include water, electricity and sewer.  Each site has a panoramic view of the Paunsaugunt Plateau and the Sunset Cliffs of Bryce Canyon.  Eagles, sage hens, horned owls, mallards, Utah's southern bluebird, quail and dove are some of the local wildlife at the Ranch.  In the summer the pasture is filled with cottontails, mule deer, elk and the occasional coyote. 

Cherokee Springs Golf and RV Resort is situated on a 500-acre ranch and surrounded by State and Forest Service Lands, perfect for adventures via horseback, ATV, bicycle, snowmobile or by foot.  The Resort is close to most of the National Parks in Southern Utah as well as famous fishing and hunting.  Explore Red Canyon and Brian Head Ski Resort, also Bryce, Cedar Breaks and Zion National Parks along with little known Proctor Canyon.  Fish nearby at Panguitch Lake, Tropic Reservoir and the Sevier River.

Our one bedroom condo sits off the ninth green with a lovely view of the area from the deck. It is comfortably furnished providing you with the comforts of home while you enjoy your vacation. Here you can spend your day playing golf, hiking, horseback riding and enjoying one of our many guest activities before retiring to the condo to relax watching movies on cable television. It is available for rent by the day or week.

The RV lots are for rent by the night, week, month or summer.  Also, all our RV and estate lots are for sale.  The estate lots are one to four acres and are located on the golf course or in the equestrian community.  Please contact us for sales information.
